Coupled with our clear inventory management and visibility via LIMS and transport services through GenVault Transportation Services (GTS), GenVault provides fast sample retrieval for clients nationwide.

GenVault uses a secure, cloud-based LIMS that provides real-time visibility into your inventory. You can request retrievals, track inbound and outbound shipments, access temperature and humidity logs, and monitor sample status (e.g., accessioned or retrieved). Our system can also match your barcodes to our internal IDs for streamlined inventory tracking.

Yes. Clients can request temperature and humidity reports based on each storage unit’s data logger capabilities. Our team can also generate compliance documentation and trend reports to support audits or internal QA review.

Yes. Every process—from sample intake to temperature monitoring to retrieval—is validated according to GxP standards. Our internal quality team ensures protocols are consistently followed and requalified, including equipment checks every two years under IQ/PQ procedures.

Yes. We maintain a dedicated emergency response team and a fleet of powered transport vehicles ready for 24/7 dispatch. Whether it’s a weather event, power failure, or urgent relocation, we can deploy trucks across the country with units that remain plugged in while in transit.

We support both models. You’re welcome to bring your own freezers, or you can use GenVault’s validated storage units—which many clients find to be more advanced and efficient. Our facility is designed to accommodate and power external equipment as needed.

Yes. Our LIMS can integrate with your internal systems via API for seamless communication, reduced manual entry, and increased operational efficiency.

Yes. We partner with a qualified third-party destruction service. Clients can request destruction directly through the LIMS, and we provide documentation and confirmation for your records.

Absolutely. We support in-person, virtual, and third-party audits. Many clients work through services like Diligent, or visit directly to tour our five-floor, GxP-compliant facility.
