The GenVault facility offers stability chamber storage, 500,000+ cu.ft. of ambient and Controlled Room Temperature (CRT) storage, and a full, five-floor biorepository for refrigerated, frozen, and cryogenic storage.

Offer valid for qualified organizations with sample collections totaling 50,000 or more individual units. Free storage applies to eligible samples and is available from the activation date of service through December 31, 2025. Customers may receive either free retrieval fees or free transportation costs, but not both. Offer is limited to the first 50 qualifying customers. Services must be initiated during the promotional period to receive benefits. All services are subject to GenVault’s standard operating procedures, compliance requirements, and service agreements.
